CarriageHouses.ca is an educational website about backyard suites and carriage houses, operated from Calgary, Alberta. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you submit one of our inquiry forms (contact, feasibility review, builder application, or the question panel), we collect the details you choose to provide: typically your name, email address, optional phone number, your message, and — for the feasibility tool — the answers you selected. We do not collect payment information.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry — that's the only reason we ask.
- To review feasibility answers you've asked us to look at.
- To verify builder applications for the directory.
Form submissions are transmitted to our inquiry-processing service and delivered to the CarriageHouses.ca team. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Replies come from our team by email. We don't add you to a newsletter or marketing list without asking you first.

We link to official City of Calgary resources. Their sites have their own privacy practices, which we don't control.
